The Springfield Public Schools is proud to announce the establishment of the SPS Project Management Office (PMO), a new venture of the Technology Department..

We are working to develop a comprehensive project management program, and to develop protocols for the consistent use of these strategies and tools on projects within the Springfield Public Schools.

The SPS Project Management Office will be also responsible for deploying this common project management process to the rest of the Springfield Public Schools. This will include:
• Training and coaching in the Project Management methodology,
• Project status monitoring, and
• Consolidated project status reporting to the Superintendent and the Senior Leadership Team.

Our SPS Project Implementation Request form is available on the SPS Intranet Principals’ Page and Supervisor/Directors’ Page. Any project of substantial scope, cost, or importance which requests technology services now begins with the electronic filing of this form. We look forward to working with you!

Thank you!
