Mission
Statement
The
administration, staff, and faculty of Mary M. Lynch
School will create a culture of achievement that revolves
around a challenging curriculum; where students are
encouraged to take risks and further their understandings
with confidence. Within this safe learning environment
both boys and girls of diverse cultures and social
backgrounds will learn to take ownership of their
responsibilities, actions and achievements. And with
this acquired understanding of accountability, students,
teachers and administrators will utilize a system
of instructional strategies to meet the needs of multiple
learning styles. Students will not only have the opportunity
to achieve success, but will feel capable of achieving
success with the full support of the principal, staff
and faculty at Mary M. Lynch School.
Vision
Statement
Mary
M. Lynch School will provide students with a community
of learners, where students will be encouraged to
reach their full learning potential. All staff members
will work together to create a learning environment,
which focuses on the total development of the child.
We will seek to create an atmosphere where the staff
and the students work towards attainable goals that
require respect for individual beliefs, differences
and social economic backgrounds. Our team approach
will foster self-esteem and provide opportunities
for all children to excel. Students will succeed,
and develop academic success, and value himself/herself
as an important member of his or her school and community.
We
realize that the success of our school community requires
all members to effectively participate in a challenging
curriculum.
